What we do
- Live bill lookup: your bill comes straight from the official PITC billing system and is shown on our page with a print button.
- Plain-language guides on payments, tariffs, taxes, complaints and services, in English and Urdu.
- Tools like the bill calculator.
What we don’t do
- We are not MEPCO, PITC, WAPDA or NEPRA, and we are not affiliated with them.
- We never take payments. Bills are paid only through banks, wallets and official channels.
- We don’t store your reference number or bill.
- We don’t change any figure on your bill; it is shown exactly as PITC provides it.
How we check facts
Every guide is checked against primary sources: MEPCO’s official website and FAQs, PITC’s bill portal, NEPRA and Power Division notifications, and FBR for taxes. Where only news reports are available (for example on a new regulation), we say so and link them. Each page shows the date it was last reviewed and lists its sources at the end.
